We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Insurance Agent Apprentice to join our growing team in Rochester, MN. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving new business through lead generation, networking, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Complete licensing requirements and training programs
  • Assist with client meetings, sales calls, and policy servicing
  • Develop and execute business development strategies
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Program Structure:

  • 6-12 month program duration
  • Dedicated mentorship and coaching
  • Regular progress evaluations and feedback
  • Ongoing training and professional development

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a Minnesota Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance license.
  • Previous insurance or sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.


  • Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and basic office software.


  • Must work on-site at our Rochester office.
