Job description

You find the talent. You build the agencies. You watch them graduate and go again.

If you have led a successful sales team, ever owned an agency or built a book of high-performing insurance professionals, this is the role where that experience compounds - for you, and for the 80 agencies in TexHQ's two Farmers Districts.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

  • Source, screen, and sign new Agency Owners and Proteges across Dallas and Fort Worth.
  • Coach every new owner through their first year - licensing, training and production
  • Graduate healthy agencies into TexHQ's Above-the-Floor performance program
  • Build your own network and pipeline - this is a Hunter's seat, not a desk job

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU:

  • Have owned an agency in the past, led a successful sales team or recruited and developed insurance professionals
  • Are competitive, hunter-minded, and create your own opportunities
  • Genuinely love coaching people to results, not just producing yourself
  • Can hold someone accountable and have them thank you for it

Requirements
  • Active Texas General Lines Property and Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • 3+ years in insurance production, agency management or sales leadership
  • Track record of developing people and teams
  • Comfort in advising capitalized business owners
