Farmers top-performing insurance agencies are looking for competitive, energetic, team-oriented salespeople to join their insurance sales teams!

  • Create insurance quotes for clients calling in to the agency
  • Generate business with warm leads provided by the Agency owner
  • Ensure each customer has an outstanding customer experience
  • Attend training & workshops at our Presidents Council District Office

Responsibilities
  • Agency provides excellent base salary + commission with additional bonus opportunities for outstanding performance

Requirements
  • Possess or obtain a Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License
  • Possess/obtain, w/in 30 days of hire, a TX General Lines Life,Accident,Health license
  • Motivated and determined to succeed
  • Meet or exceed premium goals set with your Agent
  • Sales experience or a client-facing sales background
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a professional demeanor
  • Pass a criminal and financial background check
