As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you’ll focus on developing client relationships within your community and offering a full suite of insurance products. Our streamlined operations allow you to maximize your sales efforts without being weighed down by administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed new business production goals.
  • Prospect and generate new leads via phone, networking, referrals, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, deliver effective sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications & skills

  • Active 4-40 CSR license or 2-20 General Lines License, required
  • Minimum 6 months of insurance experience
  • Valid Florida Insurance License required.
  • Bilingual- Fluent Spanish, preferred
  • Strong communication (verbal & written), proven sales ability, highly organized. Comfort with CRM systems and quoting platforms is essential.
  • Driven, self-motivated, client-centric, relationship-builder, and able to thrive in a technology-enabled, fast-paced sales environment.
