About the Role:
Global Exterior Experts LLC is looking for a skilled Roofing Supplement Estimator to join our growing team in Aurora, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your Xactimate expertise and roofing knowledge to maximize claim outcomes and drive real results. If you're detail-oriented, persistent, and passionate about the roofing industry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit accurate roofing supplements using Xactimate software
  • Review insurance adjuster reports and identify missing or underpaid line items
  • Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers to secure proper claim settlements
  • Collaborate with project managers and sales team to ensure accurate scope of work
  • Document and track all supplement submissions, approvals, and follow-ups
  • Stay current on Xactimate pricing updates, roofing materials, and industry standards
  • Assist in resolving claim disputes and escalate complex cases as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of roofing supplement experience.
    Xactimate experience required.
  • Prior experience in roofing supplementing, insurance restoration, or claims estimating
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for carrier negotiations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
