Rachel Williams State Farm is looking for a motivated, sales-focused Account Manager to help grow our agency through new business production, customer conversations, and relationship-based sales.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being proactive, working toward goals, and turning conversations into closed business. The right candidate will be confident speaking with prospects and customers, comfortable with outbound activity, and motivated by the opportunity to grow their income through strong performance.
About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will support agency growth by marketing State Farm insurance products, following up with leads, conducting policy reviews, and identifying opportunities to better protect customers. This is a sales-dominant position where production, consistency, and follow-through are key.
You will work with both warm and cold leads, build long-term customer relationships, and help customers understand insurance options that fit their needs.
Licensing Requirements

This position is licensing contingent.
  • Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office.
  • Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of starting.
  • Full licensing support and guidance will be provided throughout the process.

Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
• Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, and prospecting
• Quote, present, and close insurance policies using a needs-based sales approach
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities
