We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to service insurance accounts, answer coverage questions, process policy changes, assist with renewals, and help deliver an outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, solving problems, staying organized, and building strong relationships with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term retention and satisfaction.


• Follow established agency procedures and workflows while staying current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Active Mississippi Property Casualty License preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing and able to obtain a Mississippi Property Casualty License within 60 days of hire.


• Insurance experience preferred; equivalent experience in customer service, banking, financial services, healthcare, administrative support, or other client-focused industries will be considered.


• Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to help clients and provide exceptional support.


• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and the capacity to research, analyze, and resolve issues effectively.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
