The Account Executive leads the execution and servicing of assigned accounts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Provides support to Brokers, Underwriters or Team Leaders regarding all policies and/or key accounts. Partners with Brokers or Underwriters to solicit, promote, sell, quote, and maintain renewals from existing agents as well as support new business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage accounts through the full lifecycle, including submission, quoting, binding, and ongoing servicing

  • Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to ensuretimelyand effective placement and execution

  • Support production goals by promoting new and renewal business andidentifyingopportunities for growth and expanded coverage

  • Negotiate coverage terms with underwriters, including pricing, deductibles, enhancements, and exclusions

  • Prepare coverage recommendations and solutions for agents based on risk analysis and market conditions

  • Execute post-bind servicing activities, including documentation processing, policy validation, and management of renewals, cancellations, and endorsements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
