Job description

We are actively seeking experienced and reliable commercial roofing subcontractor crews to support our growing backlog of projects. We are looking for professional teams committed to quality workmanship, safety, and meeting project deadlines.

Crew Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and replace commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, and roof coatings

  • Perform tear-offs and roof preparation according to project specifications

  • Install insulation, flashings, edge metal, drains, penetrations, and other roofing components

  • Read and follow project plans, specifications, and manufacturer installation requirements

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and passes inspections

  • Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors regarding schedules and project progress
