Gunner Insulation Company LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Insulation Installer to join our growing team in Ham Lake, MN. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in helping homeowners and businesses stay comfortable and energy-efficient. Responsibilities:
  • Install batt, blown-in, spray foam, and other insulation materials in residential and commercial settings
  • Measure and cut insulation materials to fit walls, ceilings, floors, and crawl spaces
  • Prepare work areas by clearing debris and ensuring surfaces are ready for insulation application
  • Operate insulation blowing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow building codes, safety regulations, and company standards on every job site
  • Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time and to spec
  • Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in insulation installation, construction, or a related trade preferred
  • Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, and basements
