  • Develop and execute territory business plans, forecasts, and account growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through quotation, negotiation, closing, and post-sale support.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand customer applications and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Support trade shows, seminars, demonstrations, and other customer-facing activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity, and forecast information within the CRM system.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of gas chromatography (GC) and mass spectrometry (GC/MS).
  • Experience working with analytical instrumentation in a laboratory, technical, application, or commercial environment.
  • B2B sales experience within scientific, laboratory, analytical instrumentation, life sciences, chemical, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Preferred

  • Experience with GC/MS, thermal desorption, sample preparation, or related analytical techniques.
  • Experience selling capital scientific instrumentation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Why Consider This Role?

This is an excellent opportunity to combine scientific knowledge with commercial leadership, develop your sales career, and make a direct impact on the company's growth strategy while working with innovative analytical technologies and customers across multiple industries.
