Job description

Position title: Instructor

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Clearance required: TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Support the delivery, assessment, and reporting of Mission Qualification Training (MQT) programs to ensure alignment with operational training objectives.
  • Deliver curriculum in accordance with established training standards and provide subject matter expertise during instruction.
  • Validate and refine assessment materials, including knowledge checks, performance evaluations, and practical exercises.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze training data to support program metrics and performance assessments.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure proper documentation of completion requirements.
  • Generate training reports, after action reviews, and other documentation in support of program and customer requirements.
  • Update training content and materials to reflect changes in equipment, procedures, or mission needs.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience delivering hands on training with UxS platforms as a designated Military or Civilian equivalent Instructor.
  • Completed and current Basic Life Support (BLS - AED and CPR).
  • Fully understands CNSWCINST 1500.1A NSW High Risk Training Safety.
