JETSET Pilates is seeking energetic, passionate, and client-focused Instructors to deliver exceptional fitness experiences through our signature 50-minute choreographed Pilates classes. Instructors play a vital role in creating a welcoming, motivating, and results-driven environment while helping clients safely achieve their fitness goals.

JETSET Pilates Instructors serve as brand ambassadors, embodying the culture, energy, and standards that make the JETSET experience unique.

Duties and Responsibilities

Instruction & Client Experience

  • Lead engaging, high-energy 50-minute choreographed Pilates classes in accordance with JETSET Pilates standards.
  • Guide clients safely and effectively through workouts while providing modifications and form corrections as needed.
  • Create a supportive and motivating environment for clients of all fitness levels and experience backgrounds.
  • Deliver a consistent, on-brand class experience that promotes client satisfaction and retention.
  • Encourage proper technique, alignment, and movement patterns to ensure client safety and success.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and foster a sense of connection and community within the studio.

Community Engagement

  • Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that reflects the JETSET Pilates culture and values.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, team members, and the local community.
  • Support studio events, community initiatives, and member engagement activities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador both inside and outside the studio.

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with studio leadership and fellow instructors to support overall studio success.
