Job description

The Swift Creek Family YMCA is seeking part time swim instructor assistants to assist the swim instructors in planning and implementing swim lessons. We are looking for candidates with open availability.

DUTIES of a Swim Instructor Assistant

Applicants should be enthusiastic and energetic, with strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts with a variety of ages.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Swim Instructor Assistant

Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications are desired but not required. Current YMCA, American Red Cross Lifeguard, or Ellis and YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor or WSI certifications are preferred but not necessary.
