We are hiring an Instructional Designer II for a hybrid contract opportunity in Alpharetta, GA. This role is ideal for professionals with experience designing engaging instructor-led and e-learning training programs.
Position Details:
Job Title: Instructional Designer II
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: April 20, 2026 – December 11, 2026
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop instructor-led and e-learning training programs.
Apply Instructional Design methodologies, including the ADDIE model.
Partner with Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts to identify learning needs and skill gaps.
Develop interactive learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
Test business systems and create training materials to support end users.
Produce high-quality learning solutions for global customer service teams.
Required Qualifications:
2–4 years of Instructional Design experience.
Strong knowledge of Instructional Design principles and the ADDIE model.
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
