About the Position

Teachers of Tomorrow is seeking a Content Design & Delivery Manager to lead the instructional design, development, and revision of digital learning experiences for our future teachers. This role ensures courses, both new and updated, are instructionally sound, aligned to standards, engaging for adult learners, and consistent with Teachers of Tomorrow branding.

The role works closely with cross-functional teams to bring courses from design through launch, with a focus on strong eLearning practices, effective use of AI in content development, and preparing candidates for AI-enabled Kโ€“12 classrooms.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Leads course development and revision efforts across programs
  • Establishes and follows course design, release, and quality control processes
  • Evaluates and monitors new content approaches, including AI applications, to improve course quality and development efficiency
  • Brings expertise in AI use in Kโ€“12 classrooms to inform course design and ensure candidates are prepared for current and emerging instructional practices
  • Uses LMS and CMS tools effectively to structure and deliver content in ways that maximize learner experience and usability
  • Ensures strong alignment between course content, standards, and assessments
  • Uses AI tools to accelerate content development, revision, and quality review processes
  • Designs learning experiences that model effective and responsible use of AI in Kโ€“12 classrooms
  • Integrates AI into coursework to prepare candidates for real classroom use, including planning, assessment, and differentiation
  • Develops and manages course revision and release plans across new and updated content
  • Ensures content/coursework aligns with style guides and Teachers of Tomorrow branding
  • Reviews content to ensure quality, consistency, and instructional effectiveness
  • Act in accordance with Teachers of Tomorrow core values
  • Perform other duties as needed.
What You Will Bring: Education/Experience:
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or LMS platforms such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle
  • Experience designing courses for adult learners
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to support content development and improve workflow efficiency
  • Experience or expertise in the use of AI in Kโ€“12 classrooms or teacher preparation programs
  • Experience aligning content to standards or program requirements preferred
  • Prior coordination or informal leadership experience is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors:
  • Strong instructional design skills for adult learners
  • Ability to align content to standards, outcomes, and assessments
