• Conduct individualized therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, fostering a supportive environment for healing.
• Engage with families, healthcare teams, and other stakeholders to create comprehensive care plans that promote optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, providing a space for shared experiences and collective healing.

Our practice focuses on a diverse demographic, including families, couples, and individuals facing various mental health challenges. • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Must possess an active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license issued by the state of California.
• Excellent communication and assessment skills, with a passion for facilitating individual and family growth.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience working directly with families and individuals in therapeutic settings.
• Experience using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure proper documentation and client management.

The Journey For Healing, LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
