Pay: $20-$24 per hour DOE + Spiffs
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (occasional overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed)

What You'll Do

  • Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations

  • Help install heating, air conditioning, ductwork, and related accessories

  • Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials

  • Prepare and protect customer homes before installation work begins

  • Maintain a clean and safe job site throughout the installation process

  • Assist with running ductwork, drain lines, refrigerant lines, and thermostats

  • Pick up parts and materials as needed

  • Complete required paperwork and mobile job documentation

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment with assistance

  • Ability to safely use ladders, hand tools, and power tools

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Preferred Qualifications
