Compensation & Equipment Support:
  • Project onboarding support and training provided
  • Paid per hour/project as a 1099 contractor
  • Performance-based project completion bonuses available
  • Flexible scheduling per project. Hours determined by project scope and timing
  • Tools, uniforms, vehicle, and equipment provided for project completion

Availability required:
  • Project-based with growing availability
  • Approximately 2 days of work every week

Responsibilities:
  • Support the installation of custom storage systems
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail and communication
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
  • Adhere to agreed work specifications and safety guidelines

Job Requirements:
  • Some knowledge of common carpentry tools and installation equipment
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physical tasks
