POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional plumbing services to our clients, tackling a variety of plumbing repair, installation, and maintenance tasks. Your ability to diagnose problems accurately and provide efficient solutions will be critical for ensuring the satisfaction and safety of our customers.
COMPENSATION:
  • Hourly wage is set between $48.00 and $60.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
  • Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
  • PTO + Sick Days + Paid Holidays

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Install plumbing systems and components according to specifications and plumbing codes.
  • Respond to service calls and complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding services rendered and any additional recommendations.
  • Keep accurate records of service performed and recommendations.
  • Comply with safety standards and regulations while executing plumbing services.
  • Responsible for exemplifying and promoting the Dave Jones culture and holding team members accountable to all Dave Jones safety requirements.

SCHEDULE:
  • Monday Through Friday
  • On-call availability for emergency service calls
  • Year-Round Work

Requirements
  • Valid Plumbing License or Certification
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing service work
  • Strong understanding of plumbing codes and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Lift above 50lbs regularly
  • Walking, Lifting, Twisting, Climbing Ladders, and other physical requirements consistently for 90% of your day
