Gutter Installer (Entry Level) – Deliver High-Quality Residential Exterior Solutions

The Opportunity

Nyhof is looking for a dependable entry level Gutter Installer to join our residential exterior installation team. This is an excellent opportunity to get your career started with training. In this role, you will help install seamless gutters, downspouts, gutter covers, and related exterior products for homeowners throughout the local area.


This is a hands-on field role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to build or grow a long-term trade career. You will work alongside an experienced crew, receive hands-on training, and be part of a team that values safety, craftsmanship, reliability, and doing the job right.


What You’ll Do

  • Install residential seamless gutters, downspouts, gutter covers, and related exterior components.
  • Work safely from ladders and at heights, including multi-story residential projects.
  • Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment for daily jobs.
  • Assist with measuring, cutting, fitting, fastening, and finishing gutter systems on site.
  • Work with aluminum gutter materials, 5-inch and 6-inch gutter systems, downspouts, elbows, and drainage connections.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and respectful residential jobsites.
  • Follow company safety standards for ladder use, fall prevention, equipment handling, and jobsite conduct.
  • Communicate clearly with crew members, supervisors, and customers when needed.
  • Work year-round in Wisconsin outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and seasonal weather.

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights, including up to three stories when needed.

  • Familiarity with seamless gutters, downspouts, gutter covers, or residential exterior systems.
  • Prior safety training, OSHA exposure, fall protection training, lift training, or similar field safety experience.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
