Gutter Installer Position

About Us:
Gutter Shutter of St Cloud installs the best gutter system available, period. Our extra-large six inch gutters with a mounted hood are guaranteed to never clog, sag, or pull away from your home. They carry 20% more water than a standard gutter. We are building our in-house team now, since we do not subcontract our jobs out.
The Opportunity:

We are part of one of the best contractor networks in the world Contractor Nation and you have an opportunity to be part of it too! You can share and sell solutions to residential homeowners and business owners. Our gutter solutions include repair & replacement of products such as gutters, fascia boards, and drainage solutions. We use top of the line .032-gauge aluminum, and our bracket system is the strongest in the field today.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Loads truck with materials, tools and equipment as instructed by the Crew Leader. Drives truck to job site.
  • Reviews sales team drawings and detailed instructions on where gutters and other Gutter Shutter products will be installed.
  • Safely, correctly, and efficiently performs installation duties according to the Crew Leaders instruction and company-approved methods, standards, and timetables.
  • Erects and traverses scaffolding or ladders to comply with OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures.
  • Unloads and cleans the truck upon return to the company.
Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in gutter installation preferred
  • A valid drivers license and a safe driving record
  • Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred
  • Ability to climb up and down ladders, bend, twist and turn body at shoulders, waist and knees to handle and install gutters
  • Ability to carry and lift 25 to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must not be afraid of heights and must be able to do work from a ladder
