Our job is to make sure that it never changes.  The Gutter Installer is responsible for on-site measurement, fabrication, and installation of residential and light commercial gutter systems. This role requires operating a company truck with a trailer-mounted gutter machine, accurately measuring and cutting materials, and ensuring installations meet company quality and safety standards

Role Description and Expectations

Installation & Fabrication

- Measure rooflines and structures accurately to determine material requirements.

- Operate gutter machines to cut and fabricate seamless gutters on-site.

- Install gutters, downspouts, hangers, and related components.

- Ensure proper pitch, drainage, and secure fastening.

Vehicle & Equipment Operation

- Safely drive and maneuver a company truck with attached trailer.

- Load, unload, and secure materials and equipment.

- Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections.

Jobsite Execution

- Read work orders and installation specifications.

- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.

- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.

Safety & Quality

- Follow OSHA and company safety protocols.

- Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and power tools.

- Deliver high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications 

- 1+ year experience in gutter installation or related exterior construction.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
