Opportunity

Thelandscape maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep, appearance, andoverall condition of assigned exterior grounds across Kohler Companyproperties. This role involves skilled hands-on landscape work, includingmowing, trimming, pruning, plant care, turf management and installation,irrigation maintenance and repair, seasonal tasks, and assisting with holidaylighting installation while upholding high landscape standards, supporting anexceptional guest experience, and contributing to the aesthetic andenvironmental goals of Kohler Company.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform daily landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching, turf care, turf installation, irrigation monitoring, and seasonal cleanups to maintain high-quality grounds and outdoor spaces.
  • Perform routine irrigation system maintenance and repairs, including troubleshooting, adjusting heads, replacing components, and ensuring efficient water distribution.
  • Assist with planting, bed preparation, landscape enhancements, and seasonal decor-including holiday lighting installation, maintenance, and removal-that support Kohler's design standards and elevate the guest experience.
  • Provide guidance and daily direction to seasonal staff to ensure efficient work, safe practices, and positive interactions with guests.

This is a full-time position, shifts vary between 6:30 am and 3:30 pm.
