If you’re an ELITE Window/Door Installer, you could earn up to $45 per hour because you know how to run and treat a good crew as well as our customers.  That’s in addition to the bonus potential, profit sharing potential, and the benefits mentioned above. 

If you have decent general home construction experience, you could start between $22-25 per hour in addition to the bonus potential, profit sharing potential, and the benefits mentioned above.
