Job description

We are seeking a Lead Installer / Site Lead to work directly with homeowners on residential exterior remodeling projects. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, quality, and maintaining a professional jobsite.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality work (decking, siding, trim, window/door installs, etc.)
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
  • Identify issues early and communicate clearly
  • Represent the company professionally at clients’ homes

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of residential exterior experience 
  • Strong understanding of installing to manufacture specs
  • Ability to work independently with direction
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
  • Reliable, professional, and respectful
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders up to two stories
