About Us:

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Fence Installer Supervisor to lead and oversee our fencing projects.
Position Overview:
The Fence Installer Supervisor is responsible for managing fencing installation teams, ensuring project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards are met. This role involves hands-on leadership, client interaction, and the ability to problem-solve in the field. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in fence installation, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct fence installation crews, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project plans.
  • Train and mentor team members on installation techniques and safety protocols.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify project needs and potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Field Supervisor or Project Manager to plan and execute projects.
  • Oversee the installation of various fencing types, including chain-link, wooden, vinyl, and metal.
  • Ensure proper site preparation, post setting, fence assembly, and gate installation.
  • Conduct inspections during and after installation to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.
  • Address and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during projects, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure that all crew members are in proper attire, which includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), safety vests, and safety glasses as required. Long pants and hard-soled, closed-toe work boots should also be worn, while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
  • Maintain detailed records of materials, progress, and any challenges encountered.
  • Provide regular updates to the Field Supervisor or Project Manager.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Fence Installer or Fence Installer Supervisor.
  • Knowledge of fencing materials, tools, and installation techniques.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record; CDL is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
  • Strength & Stamina: Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment, often exceeding 50 pounds. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting, digging, and carrying.
  • Endurance: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain, for extended periods.
  • Mobility: Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing. Must be able to work on uneven terrain and maintain balance while performing tasks.
  • Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to use hand tools and power tools with precision.
  • Visual & Hearing Acuity: Must have clear vision and hearing to ensure safety and accuracy when installing fences and operating machinery.
  • Safety Awareness: Ability to recognize and respond to potential hazards on the job site and follow all safety protocols.

Upon offer, employees will be required to subject and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background and MVR check.
