Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project & Installation Manager to join our clients team in Dallas. This position is responsible for overseeing relocation and installation projects from planning through completion by leading field teams, coordinating resources and managing client relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of relocation and installation projects.
  • Plan project schedules, manpower requirements, equipment, and logistics.
  • Conduct site visits and pre-project surveys to assess requirements and identify potential challenges.
  • Coordinate installation crews, drivers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure furniture, equipment, and other assets are handled and installed correctly.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that may impact timelines or service levels.
  • Work closely with operations and sales teams to support project delivery.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and developing installation personnel.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
