Position: Project Manager – Impact Windows (Bilingual: Spanish/English Required)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential impact window projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background specifically in windows and doors installation and will be comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Important Requirement:
Applicants must have direct project management experience in windows and doors. Roofing and general construction experience will not be considered.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in windows and doors.
  • Hands-on experience in residential window installation projects.

Key Skills:

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve project-related issues quickly and professionally.
