Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Stone (Training Provided)
Ramos Marble & Granite – Tampa, FL
Full-time | On-site | $1,000 to 1,200/week (depending on experience)

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to work directly with our Senior PM (Nick Ramos) on pursuing and managing commercial stone projects across Tampa Bay. This role is ideal for someone with basic construction knowledge who wants real career growth in a specialized, high-demand trade.

What You’ll Do
    •    Assist with take-offs, estimating, and reviewing construction plans
    •    Prepare bids, proposals, submittals, and project documentation
    •    Coordinate with GCs, superintendents, vendors, and field teams
    •    Help manage jobsite schedules, logistics, and quality control
    •    Support purchasing, material tracking, and project administration
    •    Learn the stone industry from the ground up — we train you

What We’re Looking For
    •    Experience with plan reading, takeoffs, or construction coordination
    •    Working knowledge of Excel, spreadsheets, and basic estimating
    •    Strong communication and organizational skills
    •    Ability to thrive under deadlines and handle multiple projects
    •    Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn and grow
    •    Commercial construction, design, drafting, or GC/sub experience preferred
