Description:

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building materials company, is seeking a qualified Millwork Field Installation Coordinator. Coordinates installation function while working toward achieving sales goals and budgets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Visit job sites before, during, and after installations to ensure quality standards are satisfactory and projects are being completed on time.
  • Locates sources of problems using in-field observations, along with direction from builders and homeowners.
  • Inspect issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform repairs such as installing exterior and interior doors, slabs, windows, screens, as well as handling trim, siding, and locks
  • Carries out warranty repairs (Homeowners) and adjustments tied to the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Accurately log all work, take photos, update tracking systems, and complete work orders
  • Ensures safety procedures are followed, in accordance with OSHA regulations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Work independently and manage time effectively
  • Keep the company vehicle inspected, cleaned and maintained with stock material and tools

Requirements:

  • Achieve a minimum 95% task completion rate.
  • Less than a 2% call-back reinspection (pre and post walks)
  • One-year (1) certificate from college or technical school, or three-years (3) to four-years (4) related work experience in the installation of various building products, preferably doors, windows, trim, etc., and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Prior experience in the building supplies industry is required.
