Job description

The Marketing Specialist, Art Studio is responsible for driving Wonderwall Studio's digital marketing presence through the management of the BigCommerce website, social media, digital content, and marketing campaigns. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver a consistent brand experience, grow customer engagement, and support online sales. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and able to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In This Role

  • Own and manage a structured content calendar that drives a cohesive visual and conceptual narrative, continuously evolving Wonderwall Studio's brand voice and visual identity across Instagram and all social platforms 
  • Develop compelling short-form copy including authoritative fine art descriptions spanning artist styles, techniques, and creative inspiration 
  • Analyze social performance and the competitive landscape across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms to surface high-performing content, trends, and audience insights - positioning Wonderwall Studio at the forefront of design and content standards 
  • Lead the identification and development of growth opportunities across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and additional platforms 
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing and website operations for Wonderwall Studio, including full management of the BigCommerce site and three external development partners, campaign and product launches, product storytelling, and ongoing marketing initiatives 
  • Own project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies; proactively identify risks and drive resolution 
  • Partner with Curation & Artist Relations, Art Data, and Visual Assets teams to onboard new products and artists, and deploy creative assets across the website and marketing campaigns 
  • Analyze performance metrics and lead campaign recaps and strategic insights 
  • Execute additional marketing projects and initiatives as needed 
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Design or equivalent relevant experience 
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, content marketing or related role 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and workflows in a fast-paced, creative environment using tools such as Monday.com, Figma, and Canto 
  • Proficiency in social media management tools; experience with Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest preferred
