As the AI Solutions Architect & Delivery Lead, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing and delivering AI-powered solutions for internal platforms and client engagements. This role combines AI architecture, software delivery leadership, and consulting translation, turning business opportunities into deployable MVPs and scalable solution patterns. The ideal candidate is both a system thinker and a builder-able to architect AI systems, work with modern LLM technologies, and guide small delivery teams to production-ready solutions.
How you can be Exceptional in this role:
  • Design AI solution architecture using LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and modern AI tooling
  • Define reusable API and integration patterns for internal and client AI solutions
  • Translate business opportunities into technical architecture, MVP scope, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead delivery of deployable AI solutions, ensuring prototypes mature into production-ready systems
  • Establish AI governance, security, and safe usage standards for client and internal environments
  • Define engineering and delivery standards including testing, CI/CD readiness, and release discipline
  • Build and scale a high-impact AI team, driving capability uplift and positioning the organization as a leader in applied AI
  • Lead the creation of a unified enterprise AI platform that accelerates solution delivery, standardizes tooling, and unlocks measurable business value

How you will help us Succeed together:
  • Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and modern AI stacks
  • Experience designing RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval architecture
