What youโ€™ll own
  • Lead and scale a high-performing global analytics function that delivers actionable insights, enabling marketing and revenue teams to drive measurable growth, pipeline acceleration, and improved return on investment (ROI).

  • 10โ€“15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, with a proven track record of driving measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing analytics teams, including managing global or distributed models.
  • Deep expertise in marketing and revenue analytics, including pipeline performance, conversion optimization, and ROI measurement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (Business Intelligence) and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), with strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes, and semantic data layers.
  • Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive alignment and decisionโ€‘making.
