Inside Sales Representative - $18/hr + Commission (6% of sales) ~10k-12k in the first year.
Longwood, FL
$18 Hourly 8:30am-5pm
We're hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity focused on lead generation, with a clear path to promotion into an Account Manager role-where six-figure earnings are within reach!
What You'll Do:
Make 70-100 outbound calls daily (we provide the leads!)
Qualify prospects and generate interest in our products
Follow up on inbound leads and support active sales campaigns
Collaborate with your team on conversion strategies
Accurately document customer correspondence in our CRM
Deliver fun, friendly, professional customer experiences
What We're Looking For:
Great communication and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
Phone sales and/or customer service experience is valuable
