About the Role
Inside Success TV is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to speak with business owners and entrepreneurs who have already shown interest in our media and brand-building services.
This is a remote sales role focused on consultative conversations, follow-up, relationship building, and closing qualified prospects.
No cold calling is required. You will be working with inbound prospects who have booked a call or requested more information.
This role is a strong fit for someone with sales experience who is confident on the phone or Zoom, organized with follow-up, and motivated by performance-based earnings.


What You’ll Do
  • Speak with inbound prospects by Zoom and phone
  • Learn about each prospect’s business, goals, and challenges
  • Explain our media, documentary, and brand authority packages
  • Recommend the right service based on client fit
  • Follow up with prospects by SMS, email, and CRM
  • Keep accurate notes and updates after each conversation
  • Attend team training and sales alignment sessions
  • Follow a structured sales process
What We’re Looking For
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Inside sales, phone sales, remote sales, or appointment-setting experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and entrepreneurs
  • Confident using Zoom, phone, SMS, and email
  • Coachable and willing to follow a proven process

Compensation
