Inside Sales Representative at Duraco Specialty Materials
This is an opportunity to step into an Inside Sales Representative role at Duraco Specialty Materials. Inside Sales plays a key part in supporting our customers, strengthening relationships, and partnering closely with outside sales, operations, and customer service teams.
What the Role Involves
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a primary point of contact for customers, providing responsive support and helping identify opportunities to expand existing relationships.
Typical responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with new and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls (approximately 25+ per day)
  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Preparing estimates and quotes and following up to support order conversion
  • Partnering with outside sales representatives to ensure coordinated customer coverage
  • Answering application and product questions and identifying cross-sell opportunities
  • Updating and maintaining customer activity, opportunities, and notes in CRM (HubSpot) and ERP systems
  • Supporting growth goals while ensuring a positive, consistent customer experience
