Are you competitive? Energetic? Good with people? Looking for a part-time job where your effort actually impacts how much money you make?
Canopy Lawn Care is building a high-energy Field Sales & Marketing Team that will take our growth directly into the neighborhoods we serve.
You'll spend your shifts walking neighborhoods, knocking on doors, talking with homeowners, generating leads, and helping homeowners get on the path to a healthier and greener lawn. You'll be trained on our proven process and coached every week to help you get better.
No prior sales experience required
What we care about is your attitude, consistency, communication skills, and willingness to work the process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll:
  • Represent the Canopy Lawn Care brand in local communities
  • Connect and Communicate with homeowners
  • Build rapport and identify customer opportunities
  • Generate qualified leads for Canopy Lawn Care
  • Present our lawn-care program to qualified homeowners
  • Close recurring lawn-care customers when the opportunity is there
  • Follow a proven sales and marketing process
  • Track your activity and results
  • Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
  • Participate in team competitions, challenges, and incentives
  • Build your skill set through coaching and continuous improvement

WORKING IN THE FIELD
This is a door-to-door field sales and marketing role.
You should be comfortable:

  • Approaching and starting conversations with homeowners
  • Working outdoors and staying active throughout your shift
  • Going from home to home within targeted neighborhoods
  • Staying positive and maintaining your energy throughout the day
  • Representing Canopy in a professional and friendly way

This is an active, in-person role for someone who enjoys being out in the community and interacting with people

THE SCHEDULEThis is designed to be a flexible part-time opportunity. Typical shifts will be approximately 4 hours, with team members working 3-6 days per week depending on availability and business needs. This can work particularly well around another job, school, family responsibilities, or other commitments.
THIS JOB IS PHYSICALThis is an active, in-person position that will have you spending time outdoors and interacting with people throughout your shift.
You should be comfortable:

  • How to present our lawn-care program
  • How to navigate common questions and objections
  • How to confidently ask for the sale
  • How to track your activity and results.

You'll receive ongoing coaching and feedback. We'll help you identify what you're doing well, where you're getting stuck, and how to improve.
The goal isn't just to make you successful at this job - it's to help you develop communication, sales, leadership, and business skills that will be valuable for the rest of your career.
