Weโ€™re hiring for a Warehouse / Inside Sales position at our Appleton Plant. This is your opportunity to join a team that takes pride in what we do, supports one another, and delivers quality every day.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Assist customers in person and over the phoneโ€”answer questions, take orders, and provide solutions
  • Handle walk-in sales of products such as stone, dirt, sealers, re-rod, expansion joint, and more
  • Support outside sales efforts through customer outreach, order coordination, and product assistance
  • Conduct telemarketing to contractors and build strong customer relationships
  • Order and schedule product deliveries
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in our system
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready
  • Operate equipment such as a loader and forklift (training provided as needed)
  • Assist with loading materials when needed
  • Utilize online tools to source product information and MSDS sheets
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player willing to jump in where needed
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good driving record and ability to pass pre-employment testing
  • CDL is not required, but a plus
