Job description

Great opportunity to start your career pathway into medical device sales! This role is an office based (near DFW) developmental opportunity with a clealy defined career growth pathway into a field sales role in ~2 years. The on target earnings is $100K (uncapped).
The 1st promotion opportunity is field based and has $130K target earnings (uncapped), with the subsequent / 2nd promotion opportunity (after another rougly 2 years) has an on target earnings of $250K. So potential to go from $70K target earnings to $250K target earnings in ~4 years !
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Live close enough to DFW to commute into the office 5 days a week.
  • Must be open to future relocation for promotion into field based role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive meaningful sales growth within existing customer base
  • Connect with 150 - 250 existing customers per week by developing and maintaining a call log
  • Monitor all existing contracts, proactively engaging with customers.
  • Document your wins and fails to develop best practices and facilitate continuous improvement..

  • BE MOTIVATED:You demonstrate a proactive approach, and once trained / on boarded have an ability to work well with little direct supervision achieving and exceeding sales targets.
