Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative supports the CPC sales organization by assisting regional sales representatives, responding to customer inquiries, preparing proposals, and managing sales-related documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting sales growth by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional sales support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support regional sales representatives with proposal preparation, documentation, and sales materials
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines
  • Prepare and format proposals, presentations, and supporting documents
  • Maintain and update customer and opportunity information within CRM software
  • Learn and maintain a working knowledge of CPC products, services, and solutions
  • Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and other departments as needed to support sales efforts
  • Assist with tracking sales activity, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Respond to internal and external sales-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and manage sales materials
  • Use basic Adobe tools to edit, format, and manage documents as needed
  • Work in an office environment on a daily basis
  • Perform additional sales support duties as assigned

Qualifications
