Job Description
  • This role is the central point of contact between customers, sales organization, and the factory.
  • In this customer-facing role you will build strong customer relationships through positive customer engagement and service excellence.
  • Daily review of open orders to align with available customer demand
  • Key point of contact for customer’s supply chain needs
  • RFQ Renewal and price/margin management
  • Review and maintain regional monthly forecast
  • Drive internal support for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs to ensure key scheduling milestones are met; tracking schedule from new product release schedule, revisions, sampling, customer feedback, pilot run and mass production with sales and FAE
  • Administer RMA / customer material returns process to compliment regional teams and interface to QA and engineering teams
  • Perform monthly backlog analysis and gap management, monitor backlog CRD schedules and manufacturing committed schedules: Understand end customer demands Understand channel inventory in North America sales regions Work with factory on allocation if needed Provide monthly analysis and validation on sales opportunities and pricing through CRM Commission report management – correct commission report revenue tracking.
  • Manage overall customer service function including customer delivery reporting, expedites, confirmations to compliment local and factory CSR functions for assigned accounts/region
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Inside Sales
  • Energetic team player with a demonstrated drive for high performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (oral & written)
  • Self-motivated, driven, dedicated and willing to learn with a desire to succeed
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage your own time
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Supply Chain knowledge and CRM experience are preferred
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point and Power BI
