WHAT YOU WILL DO
Flexware's Automation Team does a variety of projects for manufacturing clients. Our expertise spans many industries including Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Food and Beverage, Discrete, Steel, Municipalities, and several others. As a DeltaV Engineer, you will assist clients in a variety of projects and work with many different technical tools. We are looking for future Flexdogs that want to serve our customers and enjoy solving technical challenges that will improve our clients manufacturing processes.
As a Systems Integrator, we are always looking for talented engineers that can assist our clients, so if you are interested in working with SOME or ALL of the following control layer systems, please apply! We are looking for several years of experience to Senior level automation engineers.
  • Support the development of protocols in compliance with client requirements and industry guidelines as related to quality control/assurance manufacturing activities.
  • Perform Risk-Based Analysis and validate various Part 11 Systems for our clients.
  • Select validation objectives and standards, prepare protocols, and draft validation plans
  • Monitoring and analyzing: Test equipment, analyze data, and identify root causes of production problems
  • Reporting and documenting: Create databases and validation schedules, document test results, and prepare compliance reports
  • Training and supervising: Train validation technicians and supervise their work
  • Resolving issues: Resolve testing issues and verify adjustments or improvements to equipment and procedures
  • Work as a member of cross-functional project teams, ensuring the needs of customers are met within schedule and budget.
  • Attend client meetings and present CHT capabilities for DeltaV CQV activities.
  • Support the development of schedules and budgets and help track progress throughout the testing process.
  • Support the development of bids and estimates for potential DeltaV CQV projects
  • Support the development of protocols in compliance with client requirements and industry guidelines as related to quality control/assurance manufacturing activities

WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE BEFORE
  • Received a technical Bachelor's degree such as computer technology, computer systems technology, information systems, or similar technical degree.
  • DeltaV Experience (2 years preferred)
  • Validation Experience in a regulated environment
  • Greenfield Project Experience
  • Prior use and familiarity with Electronic validation systems, example: KNEAT Gx
  • GAMP5, ALCOA++, Data Integrity
  • This role is located in the Raleigh and surrounding areas. To be successful in this position, you are expected to be on site in a client facility.
