Job description

Edgewell is a global team of over 6,000 visionaries, doers and makers. Our secret is people, and we have an inspiring and collaborative global force of them. Our portfolio of over 25 brands touches lives in more than 50 countries by making useful things joyful. Together, we reimagine good mornings and endless summers, strive for more sustainable ways to beautify and bond, and do it all with not only confidence but determination.

Launched in 2017, Billie is an award-winning shave and body care brand that was built to champion womankind. We’re committed to a working environment that welcomes, empowers and celebrates all of our team members' unique identities.

At Billie, we’re building products that people actually want to use and talk about, grounded in real insights and brought to life with intention. As our Senior Manager of Product Innovation & Marketing, you’ll lead the development of new products from idea to shelf, shaping both what we create and how it shows up in the world. We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented builder who can connect the dots across teams and turn ideas into impactful launches.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and drive innovation pipelines across shave and emerging categories, setting priorities across multiple high-impact launches
  • Own and execute the end-to-end product development process, from concept and briefing through formulation, testing, approvals, and final launch
  • Develop and refine product positioning, claims, and messaging in partnership with cross-functional teams and creative partners
  • Oversee testing and compliance, managing third-party efficacy testing, ingredient lists, artwork reviews, and regulatory approvals
  • Build and deliver business cases grounded in data and insights, including whitespace opportunities, pricing strategy, and margin scenarios
  • Lead cross-functional alignment, managing timelines, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring seamless launch readiness across teams
  • Manage and grow external partnerships, guiding vendors, fragrance houses, and manufacturers through development, feedback, and approvals

What we’re looking for:
  • 7+ years of experience in product innovation, product marketing, or development within beauty, personal care, or CPG
  • A deep understanding of the product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization, including formulation, testing, and compliance
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate consumer insights and data into clear, actionable product opportunities
  • A collaborative approach to working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Comfort managing complexity, balancing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with attention to detail
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with experience building decks and presenting to senior leadership
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and move work forward

The salary range for this position is $104,000–$156,000. Compensation for this position varies based on a range of equal opportunity factors, including but not limited to role scope, level of experience, relevant skills, education and credentials, external and internal benchmarks for equivalent roles and experience, business sector, and geographic location.
