Define Product Vision & Experience Intent

• Establish the vision, character, and experiential intent for guest experiences across the portfolio.
• Define how culture, place, timing, seasonality, and guest expectations should influence experience development.
• Ensure experiences are developed as connected products rather than isolated initiatives.
• Translate brand strategy into tangible guest experiences.

Orchestrate the Guest Experience

• Define the rhythm, pacing, and emotional sequencing of experiences.
• Design intentional peaks, valleys, signature moments, and transitions.
• Establish frameworks that guide how experiences are planned and developed.
• Ensure experiences feel cohesive across touchpoints and channels.

Shape Experience Strategy

• Define the role experiences, programming, content, and engagement play in delivering the product vision.
• Develop planning frameworks, templates, and standards that guide experience development.
• Identify opportunities to create differentiation through thoughtful design and curation.
• Ensure experiences balance guest needs, business objectives, and brand aspirations.

Translate Cultural & Consumer Insight into Product Direction

Influence Experience Development Across the Organization

• Provide strategic direction to Experience Design and cross-functional development teams.

• Collaborate with Operations to ensure experiences can be delivered while preserving intent.
• Serve as a champion for experience quality, innovation, and differentiation across the organization.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 10-15+ years of experience in product strategy, experience development, hospitality, travel, entertainment, lifestyle brands, or related fields.
• Proven success creating differentiated consumer experiences or hospitality products.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of luxury consumers and premium experience brands.

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong strategic and creative thinking.
• Deep curiosity about culture, consumer behavior, travel, and emerging trends.
