Our professionals specialize in designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions across four main technology platforms: Data Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Audio Visual, and Managed Services.
Our consulting services help clients identify, evaluate, and strategize for emerging technologies that support their business goals. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Reno, NV area. Must be open to travel 50% of the time within the 200 mile radius for project assignments as needed.
 
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the IT industry, strong project management expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. 
This position requires a professional with a solid understanding of low-voltage systems, ensuring effective collaboration with technical teams and managers. Success in this role demands exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 
  
**Responsibilities **
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring productivity and financial performance. 
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. 
  • Prepare small proposals for local sales, leveraging material and labor cost knowledge. 
  • Communicate progress daily with management and subcontractors. 
  • Maintain project information in an online collaborative system. 
  • Track and manage project expenses, revenue, and overall financial performance. 
  • Coordinate field activities and anticipate future workload needs. 
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure tasks and schedules are met. 
  • Act as the primary contact for communication with team members and stakeholders. 
  • Ensure adherence to ServicePoint's quality and profitability standards. 
  • Stay informed of industry best practices and technological advancements. 
  
**Qualifications **
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing high-profile projects in fast-paced environments. 
  • Solid understanding of low-voltage systems and their applications. 
  • Proven expertise in project management principles, including financial oversight. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Very strong capabilities to create reports and manipulate data using excel.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience considered. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
