From gorgeous, wood-beam bed frames to plush, hand-dyed blankets, each of our 142 rooms and suites embraces Vermont's signature style.
One of the most beloved spas in New England, The Spa at the Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking a Spa Front Desk Attendant to join the team.
Job Summary:
The Spa Front Desk Attendant will make spa reservations, check guests in and out, and create a memorable experience for our guests. Will be responsible for stocking and selling retail products to spa guests, maintain organization and cleanliness of desk and spa lobby.
Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: starting $20.00 per hour plus service charge
    • The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate's qualifications and/or experience.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-time year round
  • Weekends and holidays when needed
Job Responsibilities:
  • Read and answer spa e-mails daily as applicable. Professionalism regarding tone and free from grammatical errors is expected.
  • Send out notes to guests, gather experience bags, as applicable and other communication to the guest is expected to be professional and free from grammatical errors.
  • Return phone calls from the spa mailbox in a timely manner or as assigned by a manager.
  • Maintain the organization of all collateral located at the spa desk including but not limited to Spa Menus, price list and room service menus.
  • Acknowledge and greet all guests, anticipate guest needs, and respond to guest inquiries and comments.
  • Knowledge of Spa Software to accurately schedule spa treatments.
Job Requirements:
  • Previous spa experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills, be efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
  • Phone etiquette & computer skills are necessary.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to maintain our guest service standards.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
