We pride ourselves on having the best training so no matter your experience we can help you! We are looking for the Best Breakfast person in the city! Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites (a dual property location).
As the Breakfast Attendant at the hotel, your primary functions will be to manage inventory by maintaining and ordering inventory necessary to operate a quality breakfast bar, monitoring. and maintaining expenses. You will also maintain guest relations and guest recovery in case a guest complains about their stay, be responsible for the set-up of the breakfast bar, maintain quality standards of the breakfast bar throughout breakfast hours, restock as needed, and complete tear-down and clean-up of the breakfast bar. It is preferred that you have food and beverage experience, are ServSafe certified, and are capable of making fast, sound decisions and working mornings and/or weekends.
