Mancan in partnership with a Chardon company is in need of Injection Molders on 3rd shift.
Injection Mold Operator 3rd Shift
Location: Chardon, OH
Schedule: Sunday Wednesday | 8:00 PM 6:00 AM
Pay: $20.00 and up based on exp.
A rubber manufacturing facility is currently seeking Injection Mold Operators for their 3rd shift team. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are looking for a consistent overnight schedule.
Job Duties
* Operate and monitor injection molding machines used in rubber production
* Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
* Trim, package, and prepare molded products for the next stage of production
* Perform basic machine operation and maintain a steady production flow
* Follow safety procedures and company production guidelines
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
* Comfortable working in warm, dirty, and industrial manufacturing environments
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is helpful but not required
