As our next Injection Molding Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of leading injection molding operations, providing both supervisory leadership and technical direction. Your expertise in injection molding and manufacturing processes will be crucial in driving process stability, improving quality, and delivering cost-effective production results.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supervise, coach, and develop injection molding technicians, IDLs, and engineers while ensuring adherence to safety and standard work
  • Provide technical leadership for injection molding processes, tooling, and equipment across production and process changes
  • Monitor and improve process capability (Cpk/Ppk) using SPC, MES, and production data
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts using root cause analysis and data-driven insights to resolve process issues
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives, including scrap reduction, cycle time improvement, and uptime enhancement
  • Support tooling, equipment validation, maintenance programs, and new product/tool launches
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Plastics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in injection molding within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, and polymer materials
  • Experience with SPC, MES, or production monitoring systems
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable improvements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant engineering field
  • RJG Master Molder Certification or Scientific Molding training
  • Experience leading continuous improvement or cost reduction initiatives
  • Exposure to predictive maintenance, automation, or Industry 4.0 tools
